Hi. I don't want the HST number showing at the top of the invoice, under the business name&address. I clicked it OFF on the form creation section but it's still there.

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online enables you to create your own custom form styles, to reflect your business.  Making changes to your forms can be done seamlessly.  I'd be glad to assist!

Here's how to remove your business number from your forms;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles

2. Select Edit in the Action column for your default business form

3. Click on the Content tab and then the Edit 📝 in the header section

4. Remove the checkmark beside the Business number 

5. Hit Done to save your changes

You're all set!  The business number should no longer appear
