How do I change my tax payment frequency to CRA from 1 month to every 3 months?

Within QBO, go to Taxes-> Manage Sales Tax (in the upper right) -> Edit Agency Settings and you can change the Filing Frequency there.

Don't forget to fill out the CRA paperwork if you haven't done so already prior to making this change.
