How to delete the Form T1134 Supp from Pro tax as the system added it automatically and we cannot delete it and that prevents the tax return from filing?

To delete the T1134 Supp form in ProTax, you must first clear all the data from the form. After all fields are empty, you can delete the form and then refresh your browser.
