Is there a way to attach the confirmation of filing pdf to the HST tax payment in QBO so you can keep the record of filing and payment in QBO instead of outside of QBO?

The ability to attach a PDF of your filing confirmation to HST tax payment in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable, Mike.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Choose Feedback under Your Company.
3. Share your product improvement ideas.
4. Select Next to submit.

Whenever you need to see previous payments, proceed to the Payments tab in the Sales Tax center. Review each of the details by clicking View from the Action column. Here's a screenshot for your reference:
