Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's important that your taxes are calculated correctly. I can provide some information about taxes.
To see if you're using the right codes for taxes, head to the Taxes tab, select sales tax and click on Manage sales tax. If you see that you are using the correct codes and are still unable to calculate the PST, I recommend trying some troubleshooting steps as it may be browsing data on your system that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some steps to resolve issues that are caused by browsing data:
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
If the PST is still not calculating I would also recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting as well as view your screen to see why the PST tax are not calculating. You can reach out to them using one of these methods:
