Sales tax

I'm not sure how you'd reverse the taxes charged/paid (other than to edit each entry and manually remove the tax line) but I think you can edit the tax option using the Taxes menu, Manage Sales Tax and then make the tax options "Inactive".  I'm not sure what that will do to sales tax reporting requirements so maybe discuss with an accountant before turning the taxes off (assuming the taxes were set-up by your accountant).
