Using Zapier to create sales receipts. Some are working ok. Others are calculating wrong tax amounts. One does not even apply the tax rate. Why?

The information that QBO receive is dependent upon what Zapier sends over. To determine why the amounts and taxes are not calculating correctly, I recommend contacting the third-party application’s Customer Care Support.

They can review the connection between Zapier and QBO. Moving forward, the sales receipts will compute the right taxes and show the correct amount.
