i exported my tax info. but now when i logged into turbo tax again it said there were issues with the export and it would get back to it...but it didnt

Hi there, Ben. Let's use the Reset feature in TurboTax to fix the exporting issues you're experiencing. It'll wipe the previous failed imports and allow the software to start fresh.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to TurboTax Online.
  2. Choose Tax Tools in the left-hand menu, then Tools.
  3. Select Clear & Start Over, then click Yes to confirm.

 

Re-import your tax info again. However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting the TurboTax live support team. They have the appropriate tools to check why you're experiencing this matter.
