MN PFML 3rd Party Agent

Has anyone else had an issue with getting QBO to pay your PFML with automated taxes? I've got QB setup as the third party agent in the unemployment portal, which is the same portal used for PFML but I get an error in my automated taxes saying add QB as a third party agent.

I've worked with chat for over an hour, and spent an hour and a half on the line with someone last Friday. Was told the issue should be resolved, and to check Monday. It's still an issue.

Currently on hold trying to talk with someone again. Pretty sure I'm lost in the phone system though, been on hold for 10 minutes after my call was 'transferred.'

Ugh, frustrated.
