My sales tax has been shut off. How did this happen and how do I turn it back on and save all my rates?

This happened over the weekend. I'm afraid that if I turn it back on, all my rates will be gone. I have a lot of rates and don't want to enter them again.

Hi Servpro10379,

We're aware of the situation, and our engineers are working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. In the meantime, you'll want to log out and back in or try a different browser to restore the missing sales tax column.

For any transactions created yesterday between 8:45–11:15 AM PT, you'll also need to open and re-save them to update the tax amounts.

If the issue persists, please reach out to our QuickBooks Online Live Support team for immediate assistance.
