Why cant my 2025 1099 recipients view their 1099's?

Hello, Adentan. The delivery time for 1099 forms depends both on when they were filed and how they were submitted. If you use the 1099 e-file service on or before January 27, 1099 copies are to be emailed and mailed to the contractor addresses listed in their profiles by January 31.

I recommend reviewing the filing status in your QuickBooks Online account by navigating to the Payroll Taxes section to confirm the forms have been successfully filed and transmitted.

It's also wise to ask your contractors to check their email (including spam or junk folders) and physical mailboxes. If the forms remain unavailable after verifying the filing status and their delivery channels, please contact our support team for a deeper investigation.

Please note that if you filed the 1099s manually (without e-file), you'll need to print and mail recipient copies to your contractors yourself.
