I’m here to ensure you get your transactions back to your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), jon.
To start, please make sure that you’re logging in to the correct company file. If you have verified that you’re in the right account and yet still missing the following transactions. Then, we can check your Audit Log report to see if someone made changes to your account. Here’s how:
Go to Settings, and select Audit log.
Select the appropriate User, Date, and Events filters from the Filter drop-down menu.
Click Apply.
Locate the deleted transaction.
Click the View button under the History column.
Under the Event column, you'll find all the information you need for the transaction.
If the problem still exists, I advise taking troubleshooting measures to fix frequent issues that slow down the application's performance. We are able to follow the instructions in a private window. The private window is a helpful tool for troubleshooting browser-related difficulties because it won't preserve any history. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If a private browser shows the quantity correctly, switch back to your default browser and delete its cache. The best way to give your browser a fresh start is to clear the cache or cookies. If not, using one of the supported browsers can also be a smart choice.
Moreover, you can utilize various financial reports to get a snapshot of your business's financial growth. I also added a resource where you can refer to the complete guidelines for customizing it:
I can't find anywhere for audit log, I am using a mobile if that makes a difference

Thanks for getting back for additional details, jon.
Currently, the Audit Log report isn’t available for QuickBooks Mobile App users. However, a different platform of QuickBooks has its own designated troubleshooting to ensure that any data problems will be provided a fix.
Since you’re using a mobile application, there are certain procedures we can take to eliminate any data discrepancy and get your transactions back in hand. If you’re done verifying the account you logged into your mobile app, we can start by clearing the app data by following the steps below:
For iOS:
Tap the Menu ☰ and click the Help & Feedback.
Click the Refresh Data.
To confirm, click Refresh.
For Android:
Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
Then select Refresh Data and choose Yes.
If the following transactions are still missing in question. Please consider logging into your QuickBooks Online account on a web browser and use the steps provided in my initial post to see changes via the Audit Log report.
In order to analyze the disappearance of your invoices, expenses, and customer information, you can get in touch with our Technical Support Team if the problem persists. Doing so can let our phone support initiate a screen-sharing and examine your account securely.
Keep me posted concerning this matter to ensure that everything has been put into place. I’m always here to help you.
