Question

all our reminder recurring templates have been altered. there appears to be a bug in the software

this has ben going on for 6 months now all our invoices that are supposed to go out on 12th monthly are set for 12th Dember 2026

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and select the Help (?) icon.
  2. Scroll down and click on the Contact Us button, then follow the prompts.
  3. You can choose to request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.
     

Our callback support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while live chat support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
