Hello there, @eileen26. I appreciate you reaching out to our forum. I’d be glad to share insights about importing CSV files into QuickBooks.

Before we proceed, could you confirm if you encountered an error message when uploading the Monzo CSV files? Identifying any specific error will help us narrow down the issue.

In the meantime, kindly check the following:

  1. File Formatting: Ensure the file is properly formatted. Examples of correct formats include: Date, Description, Amount and Date, Description, Spent, Received. Improper formatting can cause upload errors, so this step is important.
  2. File Size Limit: Ensure the file size is below 100kb. If the file is too large, consider reducing the amount of information downloaded from your bank.

For more detailed guidance about uploading bank transactions to QuickBooks, feel free to visit this article: Add older bank transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If everything looks good and the issue persists, try these additional troubleshooting steps:

  1. Refresh your browser to reload QuickBooks.
  2. Log out of QuickBooks, then log back in to reset the session.
