Can I automatically send the pdf delivery note to an email address when I create and send an invoice? Or be set up to automatically print out?

Automatically sending and printing pdf delivery notes when creating an invoice in QuickBooks Online isn't currently an option. You'll have to select the Print delivery note feature from the Invoices page. Then, manually print it out or save it as a pdf file so you can send it to an email address. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Locate the invoice, then click the drop-down arrow under the Actions column.
4. Choose the Print delivery note option.
5. In the print screen, select the Download icon to save the delivery note.
6. Click the Print icon to print.
