Can I change my email address and phone on my invoices? Have done so in company info but still wrong address etc showing on invoice??

If you're using a QB template, click on COG > Custom Form Styles > Edit Template > Content > Click on Header

This will give you option to change phone / email / address, etc. that's shown on the invoice.

If you're using an uploaded (.docx) invoice template the information could be 'in the background' & will need to be altered on the .docx & the template uploaded again.
