In QuickBooks, there’s no option where you can specifically assign roles to only manage invoices. The application is designed to provide other access to creating and managing transactions for a particular role. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
Tap the Add User button and enter the user’s name and email address.
Drill down the Assign Role to select one according to their tasks in your company.
Review the features of the role. You can also expand each section to see the areas where they have access.
If applicable to the chosen role, select Account Management if you want to further manage.
