can someone tell me why all my transactions from the beginning of april 2024 to the end of october 2024 are missing please?

It’s possible that the link between QuickBooks and your bank was disconnected during that time, perhaps due to the bank’s maintenance or system updates. However, if the transactions have already been downloaded but were inadvertently miscategorised by QuickBooks, here’s how you can find them effectively:
 

1. Go to Transactions.
2. Set All for Type, then All for Account.
3. Adjust the date range thru Custom date.
   
    

If the transactions still aren’t visible even after applying the filters, you can manually import them into QuickBooks.
