Can't submit receipts, either by email or uploading. Both go through but not appearing?

I am forwarding a receipt to my QuickBooks as I have a 1000 times and it's not appearing. I have tried photographing and uploading to, again it does it but it won't appear? Anyone else having problems?

Hi, Rachel. Were you getting any error messages when attempting to submit your receipts on your device? In the meantime, we can do some troubleshooting steps to restore normal functionality.

 

If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data. For iPhone, go to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. So they can take a closer look at what's causing this behavior and provide appropriate guidance.
