Can the estimate/invoice option "review & pay" only link to bank transfer with our bank details or call us with card details?

The details that you've registered to your Merchant account will also be recognized in QuickBooks. It's not necessary for you to share your credit card information if you've already registered your bank details.

To answer your question, The review & pay option that is linked to bank transfer will be using your bank details.
