Can you create an invoice that has already been paid in cash? I am a taxi driver and need to input / create invoices that have already been paid.

Hello Martine-everton68, thanks for posting on the Community page, so you can select the save and close option this will then mean the customer will not receive and email with the invoice on it.

So if you go to +new>invoices> put the information needed on the invoice> select the green box that is in the green bottom right-hand corner if it says save and close if it says something else select the drop-down arrow next to it and then select the save and close option.
