After getting all your invoices, you can now proceed and cancel the account. You can do it from your Account and settings.
Follow the steps below on how to cancel if you subscribed through the web. Please take note that only the admin user can cancel account.
Here's how:
From your QuickBooks Online homepage, go to the Gear icon (⚙) and select Subscriptions and billing.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.

For both paid and trial subscriptions, we retain your data for one year before deleting it. This allows you to resume where you left off if you choose to return.
