Customer has paid, payment includes credit notes I have issued. When finding match for payment only invoices are showing. How do I get credits to show as well?

If you have created the invoice save it and then the credit note, save that then go back to invoices receive payment and it should show the invoice ticked and if you scroll down it should show the ticked credit note then save this will link them all together.
