Do I need to individually list every invoice from a supplier or can I do a monthly total?

This is a Question I'll have to direct to your accountant I'm afraid. I'm trained by Intuit to always advise my customers to make QB match what happened in real life, so if you have 100 invoices from supplier, you need to add 100 invoices against your suppliers. Your accountant will be able to tell you if it's suitable to only put a monthly total in.
