Edited invoice on tablet. It won’t update on system and lists three times with different values on tablet invoice list. help please

Hello Angus, Thanks for reaching out to the Community. We'd like to look into what is causing this and get you a resolution. Do you get an error message as well saying something along the lines of sorry there was a problem? Are you using the browser or the app to edit the invoice? If you are using the app can we ask you to check on the browser version if it lists 3 times in the invoices list as well? Thanks

Thanks for prompt reply

On my phone app and on the browser version I only have the original unedited invoice

No error messages appear.

I have tried logging off on my tablet and going back in but no change.

The edits are in the action list for the customer on my tablet but not on my computer.

Look forward to reply and suggestions

Thanks for your prompt response and following the recommendation shared by my peer, @AngusSL.

I appreciate your patience in trying to come up with a resolution. In this case, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application. This way, QuickBooks cache data will get the latest updates and remove the data that makes an unusual behaviour to the system.

To uninstall the QBO app, you can tap and hold the icon from your screen and tap Uninstall. Once done, you can go to the application store (Google Play for Android/App Store for iOS) to download the QBO app for free.

Once you are logged in, you can try to edit the invoice and save it.
