Etsy Integration Not Working for Last Tax Year?

Hi all,


I have Etsy integration turned on in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Some time around October 2023, it stopped synchronising with Quickbooks. Since then it hasn't updated that Tax Year.

It had partially completed the tax year, so with no choice I had to delete the integration as other attempts didn't pull the later data through. So now I have no Etsy entries for 2023-24 Tax Year at all. The integration has said its finished updating, but its only done the 2024-25 Tax Year.

Not sure if anybody has found a fix for this?

After they identify the issue, our experts will assist you in applying a permanent solution and retrieving your data.

 

  1. In your QBSE company, go to the Help menu and enter the issue in the Type something box.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
  3. Choose the support options from the list.

Once you have the entries in your company, make sure to classify them into the right categories to keep your records organised. Additionally, you can also bring your bank data into QBSE using a CSV file. This link will walk you through the step-by-step process: Manually import transactions.
