Hello! There are few possible reasons why your invoice changes to zero and automatically tagged as paid, sbebm.
Scenario 1: Are you seeing 0 in the Balancedue when saving the invoice?
If so, there may be an automatic payment or credit applied to the invoice. We can double-check your settings to ensure that automatic payments or credits are not being applied to invoices unintentionally. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
In the Automation section, turn off the Automatically apply credits.
Click Save. Then, Done.
Scenario 2:If you're referring to the situation where the amount in the Amount column becomes 0 after saving the invoice, it might be related to your web browser.
To troubleshoot this, please follow the steps outlined below.
You can use a private browser or an incognito window upon logging in to your account to isolate this. This prevents your browser from storing additional cache files.
For Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
For Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
For Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works fine, we can optimize the browser's performance by clearing the cache and temporary internet files. Another way is to use compatible browsers with QuickBooks Online.
