The Received from drop-down menu on the Bank deposit lists all Customers, Suppliers, and Employees in QuickBooks. You can click + Add new on the top of the menu to create a new contact type or use the main + New button in QuickBooks to add a customer or supplier.
The individual fields and columns on the Bank deposit are set by default and are non-customisable. To leave feedback for further options, please see the Settings > Feedback tool in QuickBooks.
