Hello Community users, we just wanted to pop in and update this thread on pdf invoices. The issue with clients being unable to view/download invoices( error failed to load PDF document) was fixed in June 2020.
Customers impacted where advised to either resend the impacted invoice or to just send a reminder to the client and by ding so, the client would then be able to see the invoice PDF.
If you experience a similar issue let us know and we'll investigate straight away and work with you to get a resolution as quickly as possible.
