Question

Has anyone noticed the receipt upload has become really slow and is creating duplicates when it said it failed

I've recently used the receipt upload and it seems to be really slow and creates duplicates (up to x5) - It kept saying certain receipts had failed and for some I had to save to camera roll and then upload- anyone finding the new changes have made Quickbooks worse?

Hi, SOC. QuickBooks normally uploads your receipts automatically, provided they were successfully captured by the system. For immediate assistance, please contact our Live Support team. You can do this by selecting (?) Help > Search > Contact Us.

Once there, you'll have to describe your issue and choose between Chat or Callback. Our team will then monitor your account for any irregularities and work with you to resolve this unusual behaviour. You can refer to this article to know our Live Support team's availability and select a time that's most convenient for you: Support hours.

In the meantime, you can upload your receipts by signing in to your QBO account using any supported web browser.

Feel free to reply to this post if you need further assistance.
