Hello, I currently can't mark payment received on the android app as I have been able to until today. Has anyone else got this problem?

You hold the invoice and it just has copy, delete and a few other options that would usually have Payment received as an option

I suggest clearing your app data to refresh the system and eliminate outdated files that may be causing the missing menus when marking invoice payments in the QBO app.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open Settings on your Android device.
  2. Tap Apps (this may vary by device).
  3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Click Storage, then tap Clear data.

In case the issue persists, I'd recommend uninstalling (tap and hold the app icon) and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure the version you'll be using is updated.
