Hello Alicerose-rossit, thank you for getting in touch about your data not loading in QuickBooks. We have taken a look, and we don't have any other reports of this. We'll be happy to work with you to get this resolved. It may be a browser issue. Can we ask if you can load up QuickBooks in a private browsing window does the same thing happen? If so, can we ask you to try on a different device? If both those things do not work for you, can we check are you the main user on the account?
