This happens when the address box isn't enabled. To make sure it shows up, you can follow the steps provided below:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
2. Go to the Content tab, then click the first part of your actual invoice on the other side.
3. Ensure to check the Street address so it shows up in your invoice.
   
   
4. Click Done.

Once done, you can also make the template as the default. Here's how:

1. In the Custom Form Style page, choose the invoice template.
2. Under the Action column, click the Edit drop-down menu.
3. Select Make default.
