Hello Jenny,

 

We do send invoices every month. You should be able to access these either through email, or within your account under account & settings > billing and subscription > In the Payments section, click the Payment History link.

 

If you have not received these and they are not showing in your payment history, please contact our support team who will be able to resend these. You can reach them through this link: How to get help with QuickBooks.

Yes, We are paying monthly so I need invoice every month?
