Question

Hi,I cannot seem to add notes/attachments to the banking transactions, add receipts etc. the notes and attachments is there but is faded and will not open. IOS?

I’ve uninstalled the app and re-installed but no success. I found a few things on google and tried but had no joy.

To resolve this issue, let's start with some troubleshooting steps to refresh your app data and eliminate any temporary glitches.

 

  1. Go to your device Settings, then tap General 
  2. Select iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose QuickBooks Online, then hit Offload App.

 

Once you've completed these steps, restart your phone and check the app. If the problem continues, we can uninstall and reinstall the app to give it a fresh start.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Intuit Experts directly. They can further check this unusual behaviour to ensure you're able to upload your notes and attachments.
