Hi. My bank account is linked, but has stopped bringing through any transactions. Any idea?

Hello, @fenella. Let me help you upload your transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

Before we proceed, may I ask for your financial intuition's name? So we can check if there's an existing issue between your bank and QBO. In the meantime, let's manually update your bank. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Select Transactions from the left menu.
  3. Head to the Bank transactions section.
  4. Click the Update button. 

 

If the same issue occurs, you can check your bank website for any maintenance issues that may have prevented your transactions from going through. Once confirm that there are no existing problems, you can manually upload your transactions instead.

 

After you've successfully uploaded your transactions, you'll want to categorise and match them to keep track of your business expenses and avoid financial discrepancies.
