We recommend clearing any temporary app data from your application as they can affect your experience when using the program. I'll write down the steps to get you going.
If you're using iOS device, these are the steps:
Access your device and proceed to your phone's settings.
Click General, then Select iPhone Storage.
Select QuickBooks Online from the list of application.
Click Offload App to free up the storage without getting rid of the documents and data for the app.
If you don't see all your invoices inside the mobile app after clearing temporary data, you can consider accessing your company file using the web browser version of the program.
