Question

How can I categorise my posted transactions into specific dates? I have duplicates I need to search and delete but it’s only giving me one month m’s transactions

It’s also not showing duplicate transactions when searching in ‘posted’ but is showing them in the full ‘posted’ list

You can change the Date filter to a Custom date range to specify a start and end date for viewing older transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps and select Accounting.
  2. Click Bank transactions and choose an account.
  3. From the Posted tab, click the Calendar icon.
  4. In the Date dropdown, select Custom and choose the From and To dates.
  5. Hit Apply.

You can sort the complete list by amount or date using the arrows ▲ or ▼ next to the headers to locate duplicates more quickly. Afterward, you can undo, exclude, or delete them.
