How can I make a copy of all the pdf invoices that I have created - many thanks

The copy you want to make of the pdf invoices is that to attach to an email/save to the pc or are you looking to copy the transaction in QuickBooks so there is another invoice with the same detail in?

If it is the former and it is one invoice you can click into the invoice >go to print or preview on the black banner and select the downward arrow icon in the top section of the invoice which will download it.

For multiple invoices go to sales>invoices>tick the invoices>then select from batch actions>print invoices and again select the downward arrow in the top right to download them as a pdf
