How do I change default information on emails when sending an invoice

Hi there, Raylegend2012. To change the default invoice email message in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can go to the Gear icon in the top right.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

Navigate to the Account and Settings menu, then click Sales. Look for the Messages section. From there, you can edit the default subject line and body text for invoice emails. Hit Save when done, and that new message will pre-populate every time you send an invoice.

 

Additionally, if you also want to change the email address from which invoices are sent. Go to the Account and Settings, select Company, then Customer contact info. Update the email address to your desired one for sending invoices.

 

This way, you'll have both your invoice message and email address set up according to your preferences.
