How do i enter receipts manually?

Hello Charlesshumba03-, welcome to the Quickbooks Community page, so you can either enter it in as a sales receipt (plus new>sales receipt) or you can go under the transactions tab> receipt and either upload or email the receipt there. In regards to how to enter a bill with no receipt, if you go to the plus new icon>  under suppliers click on bill> enter all the information>save
