How do I print CIS invoices to include the sub-total?

Having you print a CIS invoice with subtotal is my priority and I can walk you through on how to accomplish this.

A subtotal is a default detail on your invoices and will appear on your invoice once there are taxes applied to the transaction. I've attached some screenshots below for your visual reference:
