How do I resolve error Cannot read property widgets of undefined when I am trying to create CIS invoices

Are you receiving this error when entering a new CIS transaction or when viewing the CIS reports on the taxes screen? 

Do you have any bills entered for CIS subcontractors that are marked as paid?
