I understand the importance of easy access to your invoice templates, gavbendon.
The default invoice template selection is unavailable in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. However, you can customize templates using the web browser.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
Click New Style, then tap Invoice.
Select the Design, Content, or Emails tab to personalize the template.
Hit Done.
Choose the template you've created, then click the Edit drop-down arrow.
Tap Make default.
After that, create an invoice and check if it's using the correct template by clicking the Customize button. I've added a screenshot below for visual reference.
How does this help anyone with customised sales forms with custom fields when this was the main selling point when switching from desktop to mobile and online ? Once again a complete waste of money ! Why can’t an online system replicate into an app and sync user preferences ? So once again a complete waste of money for my field sales team who rely on custom fields to be imported from their mobile devices ! Absolute rubbish
