I AM ENTERING MY PURCHASE RECEIPTS BY PHOTO AND CAN'T SEE HOW SOME WILL MATCH UP WITH THE BANKING AS I PAY BULK OF RECEIPTS MONTHLY AFTER RECEIVING A STATEMENT

When you add receipts and bills into QuickBooks, each photo or file should only contain a single receipt or bill. 

Once added, they’ll show up in the For Review tab where you can review, edit, and match transactions.
