I am in the process of migrating from QBD. I need two invoice templates. When I edit the message on one of them the other changes! So frustrating. It's driving me nuts.

Hello Rachellllsley, Welcome to the Community page, there is no way to have two different messages show up on the invoice templates if you change it on one template It will change it on all of them. You can leave feedback within the main cog wheel about this.

Use a free invoicing app as a workaround for your second invoice template and mirror the data into QBO.
