Question

I am sending an invoice to someone, but he did not get the option to pay now in the mail. He just received the invoice. Please help

Glad to see you here, Sustainify. This issue varies if it happens to all of your customers or just one.

 

Please know that your customers won't have a Pay invoice or Review and pay button if you don't have an online payment set up. You can sign up to GoCardless or any third-party application that can process this.

 

Here's how to set i up: 

 

  1. In QuickBooks, select + New and then Invoice.
  2. Choose Set up Direct Debit with GoCardless.
  3. Pick Connect and follow the onscreen instructions.
  4. Once GoCardless is connected to QuickBooks select Let’s go.
