Question

I am suppose to create the invoice template, but when I click the custom form style, I was redirected to a page that says, Were sorry we can't find the page you requested

Could you please check the reason why I am unable to create an invoice template? I have been trying to set one up, but I seem to be encountering an issue.

The error you're encountering often occurs when there are user permission restrictions on your profile. If you are a standard no-access user, you will need to contact the Primary Admin of your account and request Admin access so that you can design the template.

 

Only the Company Admin has the administrative access necessary to use the Custom form styles page. In the meantime, you can customize your layout directly from a new invoice. Just click on +Create, select Invoice, and look for Manage next to the Gear icon. Click on the Design button to adjust your logo, colors, and fields.
