I am trying to export an excel file of my transactions. I see no icon consisting of a square with an arrow coming out of it

First, try opening QuickBooks Self-Employed in an incognito or private browsing window, as the export button may not appear immediately due to a browser glitch.

Next, clear your browser’s cache and delete any Intuit-related cookies, since stored data can sometimes affect site performance.

If the issue persists, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. You can also add Intuit to your browser’s list of trusted sites to help prevent future interruptions.

After completing these steps, log in to QuickBooks again and check if you can find the export icon for your transactions.
