Thank you for notifying us about the issue you encountered with uploading receipts, JakubT. I will outline the troubleshooting tips below and direct you to our Support Team if necessary.

If you're using a browser on your computer to upload receipts, there are times when the cache that has piled up affects its performance. That said, I recommend clearing the cache and deleting Intuit-specific cookies to ensure the browser is running the program as designed. You can also switch to another compatible option to verify if it's a webpage issue.

Alternatively, if you're on the go, the data stored on your device may also impact its functionality. We can reset it to help refresh and eliminate common issues without deleting documents and data. To proceed, follow these instructions for iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then click the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Navigate to Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app to ensure it's up to date.

On the other hand, I recommend contacting our live experts if you encounter an Upload failed error or are stuck uploading receipts using the Android mobile app. They can guide you on what to do next and update you on the progress of this issue.

Once resolved, you can continue uploading your receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to add a comment about receipts in this thread. I'll be around to address them.
